On October 4, Ellison and her daddy got to attend little Caroline Perez's 2nd Birthday party! (Yes, I think our friends are starting to get suspicious - the last 3 birthday parties Jonathan & I haven't both been able to attend. All is well and good on the homefront, folks). By the sounds of it, sweet Caroline's party was lots of fun for the little people. Between a bouncy house, a climbing castle, Caroline's "Ding Dong" house (as she so aptly calls it), and a Backyardigans pinata, how can you go wrong?I can't believe our 2 little girls are turning 2! It seems just like yesterday we were meeting for the first time with the little munchkins only 6 & 7 months old in their little baby carriers... in a Chinese restaurant... at 10:30am for lunch... meeting our husbands there in the midst of their workdays... after both of us couples had signed papers selling our home... and I noticed their cute little baby had the same toys as Ellison... and Mollie noticed Caroline had the same outfit as Ellison... (I know, many of you have heard this so many times you could puke on yourselves right now, but I don't think I've ever documented it & I still find it so funny that God works in such crazy ways). We love Ellison's little buddy, Caroline, and all of the other awesome little girl buddies we have now through Mollie & Caroline.
Ellison is still going around the house singing, "Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday Caroline!" every day.

They are little latina friends! El being there made CAroline's b-day! BFE (BEst friend Ellison) I know what you mean I cant stop telling that story either...God just really wanted us to be friends! you are the best Chris! Love you, Mols
