Our last day in Michigan. Grandma did my Grandma Vrable's (aka Grandma "Rable" according to Ellison) hair that morning, so we got to say our goodbyes to her. Ellison managed to hock some more of Grandma's lipstick during our visit. It seems every time she has a visit with Gram, she adds another lipstick or lip gloss tube to her collection.
93 years old and still going strong. :-)
That afternoon we headed off to the airport. Ellison did great the first leg of the trip. And for the record, she did great on both planes - always does, thank God. However, any time spent in the airport (during layover and upon arrival in GSO) she was a P-I-S-T-O-L! We both began getting nervous - two days in a row of being a handful does not make for a good sign, but usually a trend. Yikes! She was fine riding the people movers back and forth SEVERAL times over, but any other time had us rubbing our foreheads. I even had to make a non-potty trip to the bathroom with her (ahem). But eventually, it was home sweet home.
