OK, so the photos don't start off appearing "happy", but it was very short-lived. Ellison was annoyed with her mother for making her stand next to a pumpkin for yet another photo. [October 31, 2008]
I forgot there were a couple of little pieces of candy left in her pumpkin from the evening before. Ellison wanted a Tootsie Roll for breakfast.
And, no, to answer your question - she did not get it. But she did want to have her pumpkin next to her while she ate her cereal.
We had a beautiful, sunny, warm North Carolina day on Halloween. After going to the store, Ellison & I took Bo for a nice walk, then hung out in the yard for a little while.
