I received a phone call Tuesday morning from the high-pitched voice of the "Christmas Fairy" asking for Ellison. Ellison's been in a streak lately where she will NOT talk on the phone! When I told her who it was on the phone, she still refused, so I took the Christmas Fairy's phone number down and asked if maybe we could call back another time. Ellison was very skeptical and suspicious, and after I left it alone, she decided she was ready for me to call the CF back. So I did, and she actually spoke with her some. After hanging up, Ellison kept telling me, "Mom, that was Aunt Carrie. I know that was the voice of Aunt Carrie." I know she meant Aunt Andrea (she mixes up their names all the time), but I wasn't lying when I told her it couldn't be Aunt Carrie because she was at work. Later on, she wanted to call the Christmas Fairy back again because she finally remembered what she wanted to tell her. After I had to leave a message for the CF, she later called back to a more talkative Ellison, who was grilling her about where she lives and such. She again hung up telling me it sure sounded like Aunt Carrie (Andrea). :-) Ellison so far doesn't seem to be very trusting...
